Greg Bell
President and CEO
Greg has over 25 years experience in the healthcare and technology industries. He is an innovative entrepreneur whose companies have been listed in the Inc. 500 four times and Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 twice. He received the personal honor of being named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 1993. Mr. Bell likes to point out, “Healthx is an exciting company filled with great people working to fulfill a worthy mission – lowering healthcare costs for those we serve.” Known for being able to grow his ideas into profitable customer oriented businesses, Greg is often asked to speak on topics of entrepreneurship, innovation and business growth. He is a graduate of Indiana University and is active on many civic, corporate and church organization boards.
Robert Carlson
Executive Vice President
Bob has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He spent 10 years with IBM holding various positions in sales, marketing, and product management, most recently as the manager of the Transaction Systems business in the Midwestern U.S. for IBM Software. He was a regional manager for the digital media software firm D-Vision Systems, now a part of Autodesk. Prior to joining Healthx, Bob was President of Autobase, Inc., a developer of customer relationship management (CRM) software for the automotive industry.
Dwight Klunzinger
Chief Operating Officer
Dwight brings more than 25 years of expertise in the financial services, insurance, and group healthcare benefits industries. Prior to joining Healthx, Dwight was responsible for J. F. Molloy’s administrative areas, including claims, eligibility, utilization management, human resources, facilities, IT, purchasing, and the wellness screening teams. Before joining Molloy, Dwight served in a variety of assignments involving compensation and benefits, acquisition evaluations and integration, HR consulting, along with line management responsibilities. A graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College, Dwight is an active participant in SIIA and HCAA. Dwight and his wife, Patty, live in Indianapolis and have three grown children.
Win Norton
Chief Technology Officer
Win is a graduate of Purdue University, where he received degrees in computer electrical engineering and electrical engineering with a research focus in Artificial Intelligence Systems. His past work experience includes several years programming for city and county governments, followed by a year with Whittman-Hart Consulting. He left Whittman-Hart in 1998 to join the newly-founded Intermark, where early projects included creating the Internet architecture for companies like RCI and Pictorial Publishing. Win has been programming on the Internet for 14 years, and has been the primary technical force behind the creation of the Healthx solution.
Chuck Rolfsen
Vice President, Payer Sales
Chuck has been with Healthx since 2002 and in that time has assisted over a hundred health plans and payors with developing and deploying their e-business and portal strategy. Combining over 30 years of managed healthcare experience as a provider, payor and technology consultant with his understanding of the Healthx tool set has allowed for the development and expansion of the Healthx product line. He earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Kentucky and usually takes the month of March off to watch his Wildcats as they hunt for their next championship.
Mitch Hansen, CEBS, LLIF
Executive Vice President
Mitch Hansen is a senior benefits and HR outsourcing executive with 25 years of experience and expertise in linking human resources initiatives to strategic business plans. Mr. Hansen has extensive experience in building strategic partnerships, sales management, leading highly productive teams, and delivering effective communication strategies to engage the workforce. He has served as National Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Principal Financial Group as well as Vice President, Director of Business Development for Ceridian Corp, a global leader in human resource, payroll, benefits and payment processing. Mitch and his wife, Tami, have three daughters and reside in Zionsville, IN.
Sarah Cross
Vice President, Marketing
Sarah is an executive marketing professional with over 13 years of experience in marketing strategy and execution. Sarah’s expertise lies in online marketing and communications, including search engine and email marketing. Prior to joining Healthx, Sarah worked at Exact Target and Schawk, Inc. where she provided marketing consulting services to clients across a variety of industries. Sarah started her career at Leo Burnett in Chicago after receiving her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Indiana University. She later earned her MBA at DePaul University in Chicago before returning to Indianapolis, where she lives with her husband.
Nancy Wallace, SPHR
Vice President, Human Resources Services
Nancy Wallace is an accomplished results-oriented human resources professional with 25 years of experience in linking HR initiatives to business strategies. Nancy joined Healthx in April 2010 and provides HR expertise in the design and delivery of Human Resource Information and Communication products and services. Prior to joining Healthx, Nancy worked at Stericycle, Houghton Mifflin Publishing Company and Trustmark Insurance Company where she provided forward-thinking leadership, facilitated organizational change, lead transition teams and developed and delivered communication strategies to engage the workforce. She is a graduate of Concordia University, certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and an active member in SHRM, Indiana SHRM and the Strategic Leaders Forum.
Matt Hay
Controller
Matt brings over 20 years of accounting and finance experience to Healthx. Matt oversees the company’s financial and administrative departments. Prior to joining Healthx in 2000, Matt was Controller for Eviciti, a web development company. Prior to Eviciti, Matt spent 10 years at American Trans Air performing various accounting and finance duties, lastly as the company’s Treasury Manager. Matt and his wife, Teresa, have been married for 19 years, and have three daughters.
