Individualized Care Management (ICM) a division of DBMS Health Services provides utilization and case management for clients throughout the United States. Our product includes utilization, condition and case management, disease education, wellness, a 24/7-nurse line, short-term disability management and behavioral healthcare coaching for over 90 conditions.

In addition ICM provides data mining and predictive modeling, medical dashboards, detailed reporting on interventions, evidence based care plans and personal health records to members. ICM also has web portals to allow providers to do pre authorizations and for employers and payers to access reports and notes. We also provide stop loss carriers and payers with early notification of potential large cases as early as the next day.
