The Healthx Express Request System (ExR) is a simple easy to use and administer workflow processing system. ExR gives you the tools to build online forms and allows you to web enable any routine question or business process. These forms can be customized to the group and process that you are managing. The form is securely routed through the Healthx portal, so HIPAA protected PHI is securely managed, and the user is notified when you reply to their question. Forms are routed to workgroups or individuals defined by you the administrator so that questions are presented to the right people in your organization. Rules sets may be created by Administrators that automate the flow of the request. With ExR, Administrators are able to further refine communications and recognize priority messages and manage response times

In most cases, the ExR form can be built and embedded on top of the eligibility or claim view, so that the answer to the question is pulled from the data in the system and presented immediately to the user, eliminating the need for a phone call or someone from your organization having to answer those routine questions.
