Employer’s are providing this free family practice “Clinic” alternative because it saves the benefit plan substantially…these on-site programs also offer advanced comprehensive wellness and disease management fully integrated into the medical practice. The use of the clinic, by employees and their families, is not mandatory and need not affect the current benefit plan design. No change of administrator is needed.
