In response to the need for increased adoption rates, Healthx has created a new set of services that cater to our client’s customers and encourage paperless adoption. The Paperless EOB feature will lead to indisputable cost savings.
Indianapolis, IN (News Release) July 15, 2011 - Healthx, the leading developer and manager of online portals and applications, is adding yet another feature to its Paperless EOB application. Currently, the average number of members on payer health plans choosing paperless reports remains less than 15%. This pales in comparison to the payers who have actually focused on this area of cost and driven paperless adoption rates to higher than 70%. Clearly, there are indisputable cost savings tied to high paperless adoption.
To enrich the paper-eliminating process, we’re giving payers a behind-the-scenes dashboard to better define their paperless metrics and a supplemental communication campaign to help drive usage of the application. Paperless EOB is no longer a “one and done” deal; it’s a full-on engagement strategy.
