Healthx Phone combines Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and fax back technologies to assist users as they request information via the phone keypad. The system provides either a verbal playback or faxback of eligibility, accumulator and claims status. A detail benefit summary can be included with the faxback option. Healthx OpenX Phone solution processes these requests using information contained in the Healthx centralized data warehouse. Healthx receives nightly batch transmissions of claims and eligibility data from payers into this centralized repository.
